§ 1 Provider

§ 2 Scope

(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers or entrepreneurs via the provider's online shop.
(2) Any terms and conditions of the customer that deviate from these will not be recognized unless the supplier expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking the “Buy now” button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.
(3) The contract is concluded when the supplier accepts the order by sending an order confirmation via e-mail or dispatches the goods.

§ 4 Prices and shipping costs

(1) All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT.
(2) Shipping within Germany is free of charge unless otherwise stated.
(3) Deliveries to other countries may incur additional shipping costs, which will be displayed during the order process.

§ 5 Delivery

(1) Delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
(2) Delivery time is usually 3–7 working days from receipt of payment. Personalized requests may take up to 30 working days. Cancellation after ordering due to delivery time is not possible.
(3) If a product is temporarily unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately.

§ 6 Payment

(1) The customer can pay using the payment methods available in the shop (e.g. PayPal, Shopify Payments, Klarna, credit card).
(2) The purchase price is due immediately.

§ 7 Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the supplier until full payment has been received.

§ 8 Right of withdrawal

(1) Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days .
(2) Details can be found in the cancellation policy .
(3) Products are excluded from the right of withdrawal ,

that were individually manufactured or personalized (e.g., personalized license plates),
as well as products where the protective film has been removed or damaged .
Once the protective film has been removed, the goods are considered used and are therefore non-returnable.

§ 9 Warranty and Liability

(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) The supplier shall only be liable for damages not caused to the goods themselves in cases of intent or gross negligence.
(3) The provider shall only be liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

§ 10 Vouchers and Promotions

(1) Discount codes or promotional vouchers are only valid during the specified period and cannot be combined with other promotions.
(2) Cash payment is excluded.

Section 11 Data Protection

Personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

§ 12 Applicable Law

(1) German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) In relation to consumers, this choice of law shall only apply to the extent that it does not deprive the consumer of the mandatory protection afforded by the law of the state in which the consumer has his or her habitual residence.

§ 13 Online Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

The provider is neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 14 Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
